Ron Young Memorial Golf Tournament

The weather could not have been better for the 122 golfers who took part in the 7th Annual Ron Young Memorial Golf Tournament held at Moon Lake Golf and Country club on June 21, 2012.  As was expected, the generosity of the golfers was shown with over $2000 raised for Pink Warrior which will be used for cancer research. As well, $1220.00 was raised for CMCEF.

Congratulations to Mauri Young (Ron's Plbg & Htg (1980) Ltd.) longest drive women; Ashley Mitchel (Interwest Mechanical Ltd.) longest drive men; Blaine Campbell (Westcan Sales) closest to the pin men; Lisa Van Elsakker (Flocor); Jeff Gerhardt, Jack Scott, Deyton Bonish and Chris Watt (H.V.A.C Sales (1997) Ltd.) low foursome.

Thank you to all that participated and donated prizes. Special thanks goes out to the members of the North Golf Committee: Todd Weiler, Susan Lowen, Bart Rhoades and Mauri Young.
